Bright straw gold in colour, this Chardonnay opens with inviting aromas of ripe pear, golden apple, lemon zest, and white peach, accented by subtle notes of toasted almond, brioche, and a touch of vanilla from French oak aging.
On the palate, the wine is dry and beautifully balanced, offering flavours of crisp orchard fruit, citrus, and stone fruit layered with hints of hazelnut and gentle spice. Eight months in second- and third-fill French oak barrels provide texture and complexity while allowing the purity of the fruit to shine. Fresh acidity brings energy and precision, leading to a refined and harmonious mouthfeel.
