Crisp yellow and white fruit on the nose with some spice notes and just a hint of fresh spring flowers. The palate has a rich texture that is balance by fine acidity with flavours of baked apple and white peach finishing with a hint of citrus. Barrel aging echoes the spice notes on the finish. A wonderful wine to pair with rich creamy pastas and butter based fish or fowl. Serve only slightly chilled, cellar temperature, to allow all the intense and opulent aromas and flavours in the wine to emerge.
